DESCRIPTION

This amide copolymer is synthesized by free radical polymerization of three monomer units. It improves the low-temperature mobility of diesel, by effectively dropping their condensation point. It has a notable effect on catalyzing diesel oil, but also well for thermal cracking diesel engine oil. It’s also effective on straight distillate diesel fuel, wide-cut diesel fuel, and narrow-cut diesel fuel. A small dosage in the blending process can produce qualified low-temperature performance of diesel fuel No. 10, No. 5, No. 0, No. -10, No. -20 and No. -35. This product can be used in producing lower-viscosity number diesel fuel from high-viscosity number products, for example from No. 0 to No. -10, from No. -10 to No. -20, bringing more benefits to the refineries. During the production process, adding an appropriate amount of this product can improve the yield of diesel oil, increase diesel production, and reduce the cold filter plugging point by 5-10 °C, and freezing point by 10-30 °C. Practical dosage should be based on evaluation results.

STORAGE

The product should be packed, marked, stored, transported, and accepted on delivery according to SH/T0164. The highest temperature should not exceed 75 ºC. It is non-flammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive. For long-term storage, the temperature should not exceed 45 ºC.
