BTHK-WD01

Diesel Cold Flow Improver (DDP WASA) BTHK-WD01

Wax Anti-Settling Additives (WASA)

DESCRIPTION

The main components of diesel pour point depressant and dispersant are ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and other copolymers, which are compounded by adding synergists. A series of products have been formed based on different molecular weights and molecular structures. For different oil products, the susceptibility of pour point reducing and dispersing agents is different. Our company will choose products with different formulas for users to meet their needs for blended diesel.

Synonyms: Diesel Cold Flow Improver (DDP WASA DISPERSANT)

Component: Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer;

High molecular polymer;

Aromatic hydrocarbon solvent;

APPLICATION

As a diesel additive, it is used to improve the low-temperature fluidity of diesel, reduce the crystal size of wax crystals, and reduce the cold filtering point of diesel.

REFERENCE DOSAGE

  1. In addition to its own properties, the pour point-reducing effect is also closely related to the oil components, fraction range, and blending method, so tests must be conducted before use to determine the amount and configuration plan to ensure stable oil properties.
  2. Recommended dosage amount: 0.03% ~ 0.1% (0.3kg ~ 1kg per ton of diesel fuel).
  3. Under room temperature, the metering pump pumps the diesel fuel into the diesel oil pipeline from the sideline according to the metering amount or directly pumps it into the oil tank for mixing. The amount of addition varies with the composition and properties of the base oil, and the optimal amount of addition is determined by experiments.
  4. It can be directly input into the pipeline, or you can first dilute the agent 10 times with low pouring point diesel (because the product has a large viscosity, it has better fluidity after dilution and is easy to add), then fully mix it with the diesel, and mix with a static mixer or with Pump and circulate to achieve uniform mixing (general mixing time is 4 hours).
  5. Adding this additive needs to be blended at a temperature 10°C higher than the freezing point of diesel. If the diesel to be blended is heated to 40°C, the effect will be better.

PRECAUTION

  1. Comply with relevant safety regulations in the factory and stay away from heat and fire sources during operation.
  2. Before adding additives, pipelines, and equipment should be inspected in detail to ensure that pipeline equipment is clean.
  3. It is not known whether the use of diesel pour point depressant dispersants interacts with other chemicals. Although there is no data or facts to indicate this, when used together with other chemicals, mixing with strong oxidizing agents should be avoided.
  4. This product may be slightly irritating, so appropriate protective measures should be taken when handling it. In the event of liquid contact with sensitive surfaces(eyes, abrasions, mucous membranes), the area should be flushed with plenty of water.
  5. If you are using this product, please consult our company’s technical service personnel before use.

STORAGE

  1. At low temperatures outdoors, the product viscosity is higher. It can be heated carefully to increase its fluidity without affecting its effectiveness.
  2. Store in unheated tanks, we recommend diluting with middle distillates. Product storage stability in closed containers is 24 months
  3. Keep away from fire sources and store in a cool and dry environment. Ensure storage temperature is below 50°C.

PACKAGE

Packed in 200L iron drum (net weight 170kg) or packaging according to customer requirements.
